Starting my Firm 30-Day Tune-Up today. It combines weights, cardio, and a tiny bit of yoga. I’m going to do the whole first circuit (four weeks) and then do the 4-day power weekend. Simultaneously I’ll be working on the Couch to 5K plan for my 5K in August. Working out six days a week! I am thinking of replacing the cardio day of the Firm series with yoga, since I will already be doing so much cardio with the C25K.
My weigh-in days are on Fridays and my measurement days are on the first Friday of every month. I am hoping to put up big numbers this month since I am currently at my heaviest. Can’t wait to see how it all goes :D
I am graduating from law school in 367 days! And I want to lose 100 pounds by then! WOW I HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DO
why am I even still sitting on the couch? who knows. time for a run.
I calculated that I need to net 1200 calories per day in order to actually lose all this weight. Obviously I am not perfect, though, so I don’t know if I will be able to do 100 pounds in 367 days. But even 50-70 pounds would be really great.
